We help individuals in various stages of business development and financial management. We look for motivated mentees who are dedicated to creating, developing, and running successful real estate focused businesses or need help with their own personal investment journey.

You may wonder if we will have the bandwidth to personally help you develop your own business while we run our own successful real estate company. The short answer is yes.

We have a passion to work with and develop motivated individuals to achieve their goals. We limit the number of mentees we mentor at a time to ensure we provide consistent high quality guidance. When someone has the drive but is unsure which direction to take, we help guide individuals along their path. We learned a great deal from our own personal journey of business creation. Since we developed our business from the ground up, we know many of the problems you will face, and can help guide you through them to reduce your mistakes and increase your success.

We are 100% devoted to your success and if we don’t think this program is going to help you on your path to development success – please take no offense – we will NOT accept your application. Time is our most valued commodity and we will not waste your time or our own.

Our first session will be approximately 30 minutes. This consultation is 100% free. During this appointment we will see if either of us is a good fit for your real estate or investment needs. We must meet your stringent qualifications, but you must meet ours as well. We surround ourselves with those who are self-starters and are self-motivated. We can guide you through your journey, but we can’t do the work for you nor will we.

About the Mentorship Relationship

Each new mentee is at a different stage in their business or personal investment process. Some folks haven’t established their business yet and are still in the ideation stages while others are years into development and are active in operations. We tailor our interactions for where you are in your business and your goals. The pricing outlined below is a guide for mentorship based on what you need for your business.

We know the struggles of business creation and operation. We will “hold your hand” through each of the beginning stages while we show you how to implement a system that allows you to create a successful business while gaining back your time.

What happens when you start the mentorship program? We will assess where you are in your business development or individual investment journey.

What steps have you taken?
Do we need to adjust anything now or do we need to start laying the foundation?
Have you started cash flowing or still in debt?
Do we need to adjust your business structure?

We will get to know each other on a personal level, and we will tailor our guidance on what will best help you. If we think you need assistance from other professionals such as attorneys, tax planners, talent management, etc., we will put you in contact with professionals who we have done business with and trust. We will develop your short, medium, and long-term goals. Together we will chart a map of what your goals are and what we need to develop to achieve those goals.
