We are a full service property management company. We handle rent collections, marketing, leasing, background checks, and we handle any situation that may arise with the property. We ensure vendor, cleaning, and inspection coordination for your property. You will receive monthly financial statements and 1099s as required.
With our Owner Portal, you can check the status of rent, maintenance, and tenant communication whenever you want.
We do not believe in nickel and diming you with hidden fees like the other guys. This is your property and your money. We want to help you make the most out of your investment.

What Does it Cost?
Long-Term Rentals

Maintenance Integration
We utilize a software platform where tenants can submit a maintenance request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our maintenance staff is immediately notified. Tenant can upload pictures and videos, describe the problem in detain, and we can quickly fix the problem.
We provide real time updates on the status of each repair with direct coordination with venders. This approach ensures accountability, transparency, and high quality services for you.
Owner Portal
Our property management Owner's Portal provides you will all the information you need.
Instant reporting of financials (rent rolls, balance sheets, and more. Allow them to track their growth and investments).
Real-time dashboard showing owners' vacancies, outstanding balances, profit and loss snapshots, and more.
Access to Tenant inquiries, important messages, and maintenance reports.

We offer a 24/7 calls for emergencies.

Contractor Coordination
Our contractors are licensed, certified as necessary, and carry proper insurance. We ensure that anybody who enters you property will provide quality services as a vender. We do not upcharge you and the costs is based solely on vender pricing.
The use of digital door locks ensures you property stays safe as the door codes will be changed as appropriate.
